So soon to part with him,
But God knows best
Why he has taken out
Darling to rest
He saw a place for him
In his fair bower
So fondly tenderly
Gathered our flower
But God knows best
Why he has taken out
Darling to rest
He saw a place for him
In his fair bower
So fondly tenderly
Gathered our flower
